【 摘 要 】

Modern manufacture engans wide introduction of a computerisation for the purpose of creation of uniform information field for all participants of this process. Today is very important manufacture, support, service and repair of 69 types and updatings of modern, reliable and extremely economic engines for civil and military planes and helicopters in more than 109 countries of the world. The aircraft engines builder Motor Sich represents Ukraine in the world community of the major aircraft companies. In the decision of technological questions creation of the new engine the great value has a technological level. The Primary goal of department is preparation of operating programs for manufacturing of details on CNC machines. Production of blades and monowheels of aviation engines on CNC machine is one of the challenges technological. Modern CNC machines provide performance of design requirements when manufacturing complex details titanium and heat-resistant alloys. Production of blades and monowheels of aviation engines on CNC machine is one of the challenges technological. Manufacturing of details is carried out on 2, 3 and 5 coordinates CNC machines with high-speed processing. Article devoted the description to the system of the account developed and introduced on company "Motor Sich", storages, editing and monitoring of operating programs for CNC machine. The new integrated system includes wide for the organisation process of working out of programs, since delivery of the task to the executor, to archiving end ready technological projects and the documents concerning given operation. The system designation is directed on main task performance - maintenance of the maximum loading of the equipment with ЧПУ. The mechanism of transfer programs base on a factory network directly on the machines CNC is developed, passing physical carriers. Basic the work purpose on the organisation system of storage and the account of operating programs transition to paperless technology at the expense of the organisation of the factory network covering the central server, shop server stations and microcontrollers of input/conclusion of operating programs on machine CNC. In the decision of technological questions creation of the new engine the great value has a technological level.
