【 摘 要 】

This article aims to determine the level of hadith knowledge of the religious officials appointed by the Presidency of Religious Affairs serving abroad. The descriptive scanning method was used in the research. A total of 105 officials were contacted in the scope of the study. The data obtained in the study was derived from the descriptive statistics method such as frequency and percentage. Although most of the participants appear to have a sufficient level of knowledge in terms of the sources, soundness, informative value and, the structure of the narration and the hadith, it was determined that there were some who did not have the required knowledge on this topic. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions have been made for the religious officials who will be employed abroad to be more equipped in hadith sciences.
