【 摘 要 】

Organizations which are developing based on efficiency are becoming more awa­re of the value of (shared information’ and its importance in organizational in­formation management. The aim of organizational information management is to identify, organize and control of tacit and explicit information, owned by the or­ganization. Aside from this, organizational information management transform the organization into more efficient, dynamic and profitable structure. This artic­le gives information on what organizational information management is, what includes and how is applied.
