【 摘 要 】

The relevance of this study is due to the fact that each local market tends to assert themselves effectively in an expanding market space, due to the global integration of economic relations. The strategic objective of any regional system - to provide the highest economic security of the penetration of corporate finance in the regional economic system while retaining control over strategic resources, preventing their removal in sizes that could cause damage, as the national interests of Russia as a whole and regions. The text of the article shows the criteria reasonably meet the requirements of economic security that should be considered in the modern development of foreign economic cooperation and international cooperation of production.
