【 摘 要 】

The aluminium alloys electrochemical anodizing methods in one-component and two-component pore-forming electrolytes for the manufacturing of large-format alumina bases (including the heatsink systems) with one-sided and two-sided dielectric anode alumina coatings are optimized. The comparative analysis of the dependences of thickness and nanostructured anode Al2O3 films formation rate on the anodizing electrochemical modes and the preliminary temperature Al treatment is demonstrated.
