【 摘 要 】

This article discusses the implementation of the Russian construction industry innovative development strategies based on information modeling of industrial and civil objects with the use of information technology. The use of such technologies as the BIM: Building Information modeling - BIM, 4D modeling, Multi-D modeling, Product LiveCycle Management - PLM, allows to activate innovative processes and supports the basic condition for the realization of innovative strategy of development of the construction industry of the Russian Federation.
