【 摘 要 】

Lottery is a common interactive method of distribution by which the shares of the participants in different items, rights, etc. are determined by separating the shares of the participants, then there are many of its types and the rules and regulations of the form and type of lottery are also mentioned in the Holy Quran and Ahadith. Especially nowadays on account of the immense diversity in business and rights, the importance of lottery has been further increased, such as prize bonds, and many other types of lotteries etc. Hence, there is a need to understand all these issues concerning lottery to be resolved in the light of sharia, Islamic jurespendence and protection from the curse of gambling and usury.
