【 摘 要 】

The article discusses the role of teacher empowerment in project activities on the lessons of labor training, an analysis of the sources of the concepts of «empowerment» and «pedagogy of empowerment» and «sustainable development lessons» is made. The main signs of empowerment education. The relevance the choice of this strategy in the formation of creative potential of pupils at lessons of labor training is given reason to. The indicative structure of the project activities of senior pedagogy for empowerment in the implementation of design and technological approach to the lessons of labor training and technology is presented, indicative theme of projects aimed at sustainable development of senior pupils in the course of employment is considered.
