【 摘 要 】

This study aims to find the optimized parameters such as temperature and strain rate during hot compression of FeCoCrCuNi high entropy alloy. For this purpose, hot compression tests were carried out at temperatures ranging 800–1000 °C and strain rates of 0.001–0.1 s−1. Results indicated that flow stress increases to a peak and then decreases. Also, the magnitude decreases with increasing the deformation temperature or decreasing strain rates. Moreover, accurate analysis of the dendritic structures showed that some of the dendrites were broken during hot compression and partial dynamic recrystallization occurred. To predict high temperature behavior, a constitutive equation was developed using the Zener–Hollomon parameter with a good consistency with experimental results.
