La communication organisationnelle vue par ses acteurs : entre identité professionnelle et identité discursive

【 摘 要 】

In this article, we want question the meaning of the expression organizational communication. If many research already carried testify to its validity and its gradual legitimization in the academic field, can we identify any uses of the term in the professional field? Which practices this expression returns to? Which professional identity can we observe and how can we characterize it? To answer these questions, we rely on a corpus of semi-structured interviews in the past three years with communication managers from France and Quebec. According dual method of analysis, sociological and discursive, to the extent we borrow from both sociology (organizations, professions and labor sociology) and discourse analysis, we seek to define the identity of the actor of organizational communication in terms of building a professional and linguistic identity.
