【 摘 要 】

The creative society has to be considered like a society where citizens, through their creativity and diversity, work on technical and cultural industries as they are. Every nation has indeed a creative capital that revolves around its identity and of course its values. Creative products have become genuine social benchmarks, community spaces for exchange, identity tools supporting the strengthening of social ties. But this notion of creative society is still doubtful and debatable. Indeed, imagination, richness, conceit, inventiveness and originality that creativity is often appreciated in a narrow perspective and often embedded in a given cultural vision.
