【 摘 要 】

Political, social and economical shifts occurring in contemporary Morocco restructure Statehood and more specifically its relations with its territories. Decentralisation process, transformations of civil society, catchment of international influences and funds, and partial privatisation of the State renew public policies, designed by the State and its new partners. Though it seems to be weaken in this new public architecture, central Moroccan State remains powerful by inventing news paths of power.
