【 摘 要 】

The authors considered the results of surgical treatment of 73 patients with different types of pertrochanteric fractures according AO-ASIF classification. There were used identical implants for every group of patients. The authors concluded that intramedullary fixation methods preferably for the type A2 and A3 fractures. Bipolar cemented hip arthroplasty is possible for the type A1 fractures.
