【 摘 要 】

The article addresses a current issue in the field of regional development and project management through the local business environment, namely how funding received as recovery aid for the business environment affected by the COVID-19 pandemic has determined and supported the development effort and to increase resilience in the regions of Romania. In this regard, it is interesting to look at the extent to which financial policies such as state aid have helped to ensure an equally dynamic and competitive business environment, what has been their impact on the regions and what is the perspective on the sustainability of such of measures, especially in the context of the pandemic.
