【 摘 要 】

The right to housing is one of the most important rights that everyone should enjoy in his homeland, as it is one of the most important components of an adequate standard of living, and it considers an essential factor for the enjoyment of all economic, social and cultural rights alike.
It should not be seen on the grounds that this right is merely a basic shelter that provides the essentials of life for its residents. Rather, states must promote this right by setting the appropriate legal systems and mechanisms to guarantee it and defining frameworks and policies to meet housing needs, as well as committing to remove all obstacles and practices that threaten the right of The human being in the shelter.
