【 摘 要 】

The models of operators’ activity, which are produced in ergonomics, will increasingly include a reference to its subjective dimensions. Ergonomist’s activity models have not followed the same development. To foster the construction of professional practices, it appears necessary to model and to teach the subjective dimensions of the ergonomist’s activity.
