【 摘 要 】

The article considers the main problems and development trends of the Russian energy sector, the role of nuclear power in the formation of new structure of the energy balance of the country. Identified associated with the most important directions of strategic management systems logistics nuclear power plants. A proposed mechanism of formation and infrastructure management system to provide an emergency supply of nuclear power plants.
