We deal with the stability of a class of nonlinear neutral variable delay-integro-differential equations.Firstly,we study the stability analysis of the theoretical solutions.Secondly.We discuss the numerical stability analysis of linearθ- methods for nonlinear neutral variable delay-integro-differential equations.
