【 摘 要 】

The order of operations related to the movement of capital, and the dynamics of the international investment position of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The necessity of using criteria and methods for analyzing the influence of exchange rate dynamics on the movement of capital has been proved. The method of calculating the index of the real effective exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble against foreign currencies in operations involving the movement of capital, offered.
