【 摘 要 】
Working for a company means renting to it for money a part of a personal time. This time is used according law, branch agreements and company level. But, in certain conditions, for some personal motivations, a worker can work freely and voluntary in agreement with his own principles and values... We name that « the culture to time » or « the attitude towards time » (le rapport au temps). The individual time using and its remuneration are the main transaction objects in the wage world, that's why we say that « the culture to time » is the professional culture fondation. This one corresponds in a set of prescriptions or banning, manners to behave, to act recovering from a common professional sense, shared by professional group members. This professional culture mixes, contains and transcends the specific company cultures. For example, whatever is the employer, each agents of animation finds « normal » to work in a chopped and brief time, moved by the dominant social temporality, when somewhere else, this situation would have been considered unacceptable or refused... Finally, these workers (sociocultural officers) expect that their work gives them pleasure and respects their personal life, what is not necessarily true at the common employee's.
