【 摘 要 】

Nanostructured powder β-AgI was synthesized by using the exchange reaction in aquatic solutions of AgNO3 and KI. The size of the crystals was determined by electron microscopy scanning. It was shown that the powder β-AgI, modified in a ball vibratory mill VIBRATOR GM-945B, was composed of small γ-AgI (30 ÷ 70 nm) and large β-AgI (500 ÷ 1000 nm) nanocrystals. The most of the small crystals were located on the surface of larger ones.
