【 摘 要 】
A mechanical belt tension meter refers to a measuring device that obtains the belt tension by measuring the lateral displacement of the belt with longitudinal tension applied at both ends. This article introduces the working principle, calibration method and standard of the mechanical belt tension meter. The error analysis of the friction force and belt influence of the tension meter in the calibration method is carried out, and the uncertainty analysis of the measurement results is carried out. Experimental results show that the calibration method meets the requirement of traceability.
