【 摘 要 】

Se discute la ética de los manejos terapéuticos de los pacientes oncológicos, así como la bioética de las investigaciones oncológicas en humanos relacionándolos con el empleo de tratamientos cuestionables o no demostrados en la práctica médica, tanto por personal propio del sistema de salud como por personal ajeno al mismo.
The ethics of the therapeutic managements of the oncological patients, as well as the bioethics of the oncological research in human beings are discussed, relating them with questionable treatments or with treatments that have not been proved in medical practice by health personnel or by personnel belonging to another field.
