【 摘 要 】

This paper discusses on the technique as something unique to humans, as a first expressed memory, as a human millieu that serves as a determinant of the corporal confrontation of reality or “work”. We consider the multiplicity of technique andtechnologyaspectsandthuswepayspecialattention totheselfandpopulationgovernancetechnologiesthan allow us to better understand one fundamental foundation inWesternmodernsocieties:thebirthofbiopowerand medicalization.Ifweunderstandmedicalizationasbody standardization process unique in “disciplinary societies”, weaskandthenandtrytogiveanswerstowhythishas outlivedthemandwhyithasresistedthetransition towards the “societies of control”. We do this by discussing thebiopoliticswithinthecontextofneoliberalismandwe present examples of the new increasing biopolitics of hyper bodiesandthenewinformationandcommunication technologies.
