【 摘 要 】

Abstract. In the paper was developed and grounded a scientific framework of specific kind of integration which results in creating new business organizations, which are an integration association in accordance to Ukrainian legislation. The object of the study in a set of small and big enterprises of Ukrainian machinery construction field. Developing of beneficial interest collaboration between those enterprises, which results in decreasing of transactions costs for all members of those unions was grounded. Defined, that under the conditions of business transnationalization, creating of integrational unions can become an effective step for coordinating production, research and other enterprises’ activities, to achieve solving effective development task. Results of the research demonstrate that creating business organizations results in merging small and big enterprises’ industrial and financial capital. Specific reason for integration of Ukrainian machinery construction enterprises in single organization becomes a desire to benefit from advantages of decreasing total transactions costs what means decreasing of enterprises’ total costs
