We study some connections between μ- lacunary strong χAuv2-convergence with respect to a mn sequence of moduli Musielak and μ- lacunary χAuv2- statistical convergence, where A is a sequence of four dimensional matrices Auv=ak1,…,krℓ1,…,ℓsm1,…,mrn1,…,nsuv of complex numbers.
