【 摘 要 】

This paper presents the ways of occupation of ephemeral areas into Jakarta’s metropolis related to urban temporalities. It shows how the differential between stakeholder’s timings can turn out as opportunities or turn out as competitions. It focuses on the production of precariousness for the inhabitants.It is based on a field study in margins of the metropolis in order to read the local consequences of urban transformations. A political approach takes into account the intentions of urban planners and the role of private stakeholders. So it shows the production of uncertainty for precarious urban population through the destabilization of their future possibilities into the place.
