【 摘 要 】

In the paper are considered some concept of man put forward in philosophy and theology of XX century, which are united by the common aspiration to emphasize boundless opportunities of human self-designing on the basis of man’s freedom. Genetic tie of these concepts of man with culture of Renaissance is discussed. It is shown as well that a deviation in anthropology from a Christian ideal inevitably conducts to irresponsible and dangerous utopism.
