【 摘 要 】

Biotic and abiotic factors significantly influence the formation and restoration of ecological environmental resources. The main purpose of the conservation and protection of valuable natural resources is to know the optimal environmental conditions. This is especially important when we intend to maintain optimal conditions and continued existence of endangered taxons. In determining the cause and effect relationships between developmental biology and dynamics of endangered taxons and the impact of environmental factors mathematical modeling methods in the form of Bayesian networks are used. The use of modeling algorithms (GeNie 2.0, University of Pittsburgh) enables the integration of environmental analytical parameters with the studied characteristics of species. The specified network topology of connections provides a basis for reasoning about the continued existence of endangered species. The mathematical model also allows for the optimization process of the impact studied levels of environmental factors. The aim of the study was to determine the applicability of mathematical modeling in a form of Bayesian networks for the restoration of ecological environmental resources.
