【 摘 要 】

In the context of the frequent claim of an affectively appeased socio-professional life, this article seeks to question the nature of the concept of autonomy required for contemporary subjectivity in the light of the relations between affects and actions (individual and collective bargaining) and cooperation. It also poses the problem of choosing the type of method to be developed in order to produce, with partner organizations, a reflection on what autonomy can mean in constrained and emotionally determined organizational contexts. It refers to a research program (in information and communication sciences and philosophy) based on the experience of a serious game called Be Human in the Chaos ©, which aims to bring participants, through a practice that privileges body movement and improvisation, to question the role played by affects in the origin and meaning of their action.
