【 摘 要 】

In the present article, a production-inventory model is developed over afinite planning horizon where the demand varies linearly with time. Themachine production rate is assumed to be finite and constant. Shortages ininventory are allowed and are completely backlogged. The associatedconstrained minimization problem is numerically solved. Sensitivity analysisis also presented for the given model.
