【 摘 要 】

The article deals with the economic category of «investment attractiveness» as an attractive factor for foreign investment in the Russian market. Favorable investment climate — a priority direction of the Russian’s economy development — in production and non-production sphere, getting extraprofit, the development of metropolitan regions and peripheral cities.
