【 摘 要 】

All the studies, discussions and findings in order to prevent ageing or final death have to draw attention for a long time. Due to numerous studies related with ageing and its physiology, the expected life-span of human have to be significantly prolonged for both male and female species. However, due to the human nature that did not found the reached level sufficient, a great occupation realized to discover the physiology and alternative therapy strategies to quit the progression of ageing and the death. In this manuscript, the possible causes, theories and physiologic changes related with etiology of ageing which contribute to human life time with studies about Schizosaccharomyces pombe, have been discussed under old and recent literature.
