【 摘 要 】

La ponencia se refiere a la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional en el período 1981-1989 con especial análisis de las sentencias referentes a los contenidos de los derechos de libertad de conciencia, libertad de opinión y derechos políticos.
This paper deals with the opinions of the Chilean Constitutional Court in the period 1981-1989, with emphasis on the decisions handed out on matters of freedom of conscience, free speech, and political rights.
