【 摘 要 】

This article deals with the problem of psychological safety of the educational environment and mental health of students. The relevance of the topic is due to the increase in the number of offenses and crimes in educational institutions. The stressful environment is considered as the reason of decrease in mental well-being of schoolchildren. On the basis of classification of groups of children on the level of psychological health on I.V. Dubrovina necessary types of preventive works for the allocated groups are offered. The idea of the urgent need to increase the level of professional competence of psychologists and teachers in order to timely identify security violations and reduce feelings of psychological insecurity in an educational institution is emphasized.
