【 摘 要 】

The study of features of change of physical capacity, functional state and physical health of boys and girls 12-14 years under act of systematic studies in tennis is conducted. Research results allowed to establish high efficiency of the program of trainings employments, which was instrumental in the expressed optimization of their functional state, physical capacity and physical health, offered to the children.
