【 摘 要 】

Corruption in Côte d'Ivoire has become a common phenomenon that turned into a culture whose effects, although being perceived by a social category as a way to reduce poverty, remains a factor that scuds the development of the economies of our countries. In the road transport, officer/carrier pair believes that corruption is an act of solidarity and survival. Far from this assessment, corruption remains a factor of poverty due to the selective and unfair character of redistribution of the benefits.
