【 摘 要 】

The article is devoted to Ihor Kostetskyi (1913-1983) - one of the ideologues and founders of the Ukrainian cultural process in post-war emigration in Europe. Its innovative activities, connected with the creation of the magazine «HORS» and the publishing house «Na hori», which were intended to introduce Ukrainians to world literature and art, and to make Ukrainian literature worthy to stand in the circle of other world literatures, is revealed.
