【 摘 要 】
The austenitic stainless steel (SS) has been used as a materialfor building ultra high vacuum (UHV) chamber. Recentlysignificant efforts have been concerned a comparing thestandard cleaned for ultra high vacuum, passivity stainless.In this work Austenitic nanocomposites were synthesize bysol- gel method. The morphologies and topographies of thesamples have been studied with using Scanning ElectronMicroscopy (SEM) and X-Ray diffraction (XRD)Techniques. The principal aim is the Nanostructuralevolution of these samples. The obtained results indicatethat adding 10.8 gr Ni particles into SS matrix,modified SSdevice mechanical structures.
