【 摘 要 】

The purpose of this study was to try to find out the degree of agreement between educators, administrators, and supervisors on the definition and aims of educational supervision. The results of investigation, after reviewing documents. research, and asking specific question to over fifty supervisors showed that that there was no such agreement on either the definition or aims of educational supervision
