【 摘 要 】
The aim of this study is to determine whether the level of positive psychological capital differs in terms of generation X and Y. For this purpose, the Positive Psychological Capital-PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ) developed by Luthans (2007) and adapted into Turkish by Çetin and Basım (2012) was used to collect data. The sample of the study consists of 223 white-collar employees working in a company operating in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. Total population sampling was used in the study. According to the findings, the levels of positive psychological capital and its sub-dimensions named as self-efficacy, resilience, hope, and optimism, differ between the employees of generation X and Y. The results show that the level of positive psychological capital (and its dimensions) of the employees of generation X was higher than of the employees of generation Y.
