【 摘 要 】

The aim of the research is the determination whether, and in what relative measure refugees and displaced persons from Kosovo and Metohija are agreeing visually with the belonging to sub-cultured populations in the territory of Belgrade. The research subject are so-called 'hip-hop', and 'metal' fashions of wearing being practiced by individual listeners of equal, and similar musical genres. Both directions are the choice of refuges in similar researches due to messages of social dissatisfaction, 'otherness', 'nationalism', etc. The difference in this research is present due to the fact that internally displaced persons from Kosovo and Metohija do not represent 'minority', but out of the rest of population they paradigmatically differ as per economic status, and administrative, and perceptive 'label' of refugee. By the use of interactive interview method ethnographic material of male and female respondents which are identified with mentioned sub-cultures was collected. It was confirmed the hypothesis that refugees from Kosovo and Metohija had relatively expressed cultural competence, and identical need for belonging, but they are visually hidden at the same time in order not to 'deteriorate' social status in 'business', and public communication. The content of this research consists of comparison of fashionable, and cultural principles, mutual connection, definition of punk, and hip-hop sub-cultures, and the whole connection of the same with refugees from Kosovo and Metohija.
