【 摘 要 】

In this paper, we present the results obtained on the glycemia measurement by an indirect method. The theoretical aspects showing the relations between the dielectric parameters and the sensor impedance embedded in blood medium are given. We also show the relations between this impedance and the criterion of the characterisation corresponding to the ratio V0/VI for glycaemia concentration. The blood used in our measurement is calf’s blood. The measurement method uses a sensor to electromagnetic coupling based on loss currents. This sensor allows the detection of the blood’s glucose level through the variation of the sensor impedance that is depend on the dielectric parameters of blood, in particular the conductivity. In experimental part, we give a description of the measurement bench where static and dynamic measurement methods were carried out. The results are given with comments and discussion. The in vitro results present a standard deviation of 2.1 mV, an average error of 1.8 mV, and a maximum variation of 3.6 mV equivalent to a maximum error of 197 mg dl-1 on the concentration of D+ glucose compared to the line of tendency.
