【 摘 要 】

La escasa bibliografía referida al tema motivó este estudio proponiéndonos aportar material de referencia a residentes de Medicina General Integral para su docencia. Realizamos el trabajo con 71 familiares. Obtuvimos información a partir del modelo de entrevistas elaborado para esos fines el cual explora el reconocimiento del fenómeno más importante que enfrentan y la reacción de toda la familia ante éste. En todos los casos tomamos el dato primario de las madres por ser las que tienen mayor dominio de lo que sucede en su grupo social, al menos en nuestro medio. Entre los resultados se reconoce lo fundamental que ocurre en la dinámica familiar, se logra una visión de la tendencia del comportamiento familiar en cada momento de su desarrollo, así como el reporte de vivencias.
The limired bibliography existing on this topic led us to conduct this study so as to furnish reference material to the resident of General Comprehensive Medicine. 71 familiews were studies with this purpose. Information was obtain from the model of interviews prepared to know the most important phemenon they face and how the family react to it. Primary data were collected from mothers, since they have a better knowledge of everything happening in her social group, at least in our enviroment. Among the results, the the fundamental things taking place within the family dynamics ware registred, and ot was possible to have an idea of the family bahaviour trend at every moment of its development. A report of life events was also made.
