【 摘 要 】
Key points A newly isolated strain produces butanol and isopropanol (BI) rather than acetone butanol and ethanol (ABE). The strain is oxygen-tolerant and robust in the fermentation. A mutant obtained by ultraviolet mutagenesis produces higher levels of BI than the wild type strain using corn stover as a carbon source.
