【 摘 要 】
Three-point method is well known as the error separation technique between a cylindrical work profile and the radial motions of a turn table spindle. This method works well at the low spatial frequency domain. On the other hand, at the high spatial frequency domain, setting angle error of the sensor causes large deflection of the transfer function. In the field of the straightness profile measurement, the generalized two-point method, i.e., integration method is known. In this article, combination of three-point method for circular profile measurement and integration method for profile measurement is discussed. Influence of setting angle error is analyzed.
