【 摘 要 】

Article covers the basic aspects, mechanisms and instruments of innovative activity of natural monopolies (for example, a railway sector) the use of which in the current economic conditions growth innovation activity of subjects of natural monopolies. The article focuses on the necessity of interaction of competitive and regulated segments of natural monopoly to ensure a maximized effect from the use of an innovative product or service.
