【 摘 要 】

Analyzes the basic criterial parameters of experimental work to establish the value of a healthy lifestyle of students. Check measurements and surveys were conducted in 4 experimental (125) and 4 controls (118 men) groups. Presents directions for the expansion of the completeness and quality of knowledge on healthy lifestyles, the ability to formulate and argue their position in the debate. It is shown that awareness of its position in the organization of a healthy lifestyle is the most important result of the formative activities.
