【 摘 要 】

The early treatment provisions are declarations of intent with which an adult and capable of discernment shall deliver its informed consent or dissent in general medical treatment, an inspection diagnostic, therapeutic and choices to individual medical treatment, anticipation of a possible future inability to self-determination. In content of the declaration, the declarant may designate a person of his trust, which was responsible for keep your future relationships with the medical staff.
