【 摘 要 】

The article examines the aspects of modernization of science, higher education,the integration of business and science interms of social and economic changes ininformation society, economic globalization, the rapid development of information and communication technologies.Socio-economic and political processesof Russia have signifi cantly infl uenced the development of integration processes andcontinue to do so, although, the intensityof those processes is not enough.
